The Goddard School of Oklahoma City – Gaillardia, opened in January 2026, seeks an Executive Director to be the senior operating leader, reporting to ownership and steering the Director and admin team to establish discipline, accountability, and a performance culture.

Ideal candidates bring seven+ years in licensed childcare or education, with senior leadership experience, and a track record of enrollment growth, budgeting, and family satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, elementary education, educational leadership, business administration, or related field.
• Master's degree in educational leadership, early childhood education, business administration, or related field strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead through Director and administrative team to establish operational discipline, strengthen accountability and culture, drive enrollment and community presence.
• Provide ownership with a data-informed view of school performance and regular business reviews.
• Define and maintain KPIs, ensure compliance with licensing and quality standards, and manage financial performance.
• Develop staffing strategy, scheduling, labor management, and family retention initiatives.
• Lead local marketing and community engagement in partnership with ownership.
• Cultivate family experience, communication, responsiveness, and issue resolution at premium level.
• Oversee enrollment growth, tuition revenue, and cost control to align with capacity.
• Identify improvement opportunities and initiatives to scale the school.
