Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies seeks an Assistant Center Director to help lead our centers across Minnesota. You will support teachers, engage families, and drive enrollment, accreditation, and operations to ensure high-quality early childhood education.

You will work closely with the Center Director to implement our curriculum, maintain compliance, and foster positive relationships with families and the community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in early childhood education with developmentally appropriate practices.
• Excellent administrative and communication abilities.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state guidelines for the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff, supporting families, and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and partners
• Serve in various roles within the center as needed (teacher, cook, driver)
