Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an Education Director to lead and develop a team of educators across our centers. You will partner with families, licensing authorities, and community partners to ensure world-class early education.

• At least one year of leadership experience developing and guiding a team.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff in a dynamic environment.
• Experience applying knowledge to provide creative solutions in education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train a team of educators to be passionate and committed to teaching KLC's curriculum
• Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners
