Konrad Group of Primrose Schools in Frisco, TX, seeks an Executive Director to lead a Primrose school with vision and purpose. You will develop a leadership team, grow enrollment, and ensure an outstanding experience for children and families.

You’ll coach teachers and managers, uphold licensing and safety standards, and partner with Curriculum and Admissions to achieve school goals. This role rewards strong leaders who value culture, accountability, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience in early childhood education.
• Experience directing a licensed childcare or preschool program.
• Knowledge of Texas childcare licensing requirements.
• Comfortable leading and developing a large team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle parent concerns and difficult conversations.
• Understanding enrollment, retention, staffing, and school operations.
• Owns commitments and follows through on initiatives.
