Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Executive Director for Diversity, Opportunity, and Inclusion (DOI) Communications to lead internal and external communications supporting the firm's DOI priorities.

You will oversee end-to-end communications, advise partners across the firm, and manage executive communications, media relations, and rapid-response messaging. You will guide content governance and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of corporate communications experience, with senior stakeholders.
• Strategic leader who can shape cohesive communications strategies in a matrix environment.
• Senior-level media relations and external communications experience with established media relationships.
• Strong executive communications skills for sensitive topics and audiences.
• Exceptional writing and editing to distill complex topics into clear messaging.
• People leader who builds disciplined processes and delivers executive-ready work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated internal and external communications advancing DOI priorities.
• Oversee DOI external communications and media relations, guiding storytelling and briefing materials.
• Provide senior counsel to DOI clients and stakeholders, aligning strategy and mitigating risk.
• Lead executive communications, including talking points, speeches, Q&As, and rapid-response messaging.
• Support issues management and crisis readiness for DOI narratives with risk assessment and escalation.
• Lead communication processes from intake to final delivery with governance and workflows.
