Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Executive Director for Diversity, Opportunity, and Inclusion (DOI) Communications to lead external and internal communications supporting the firm’s global DOI priorities. You will guide end-to-end communications planning, counsel partners, and drive proactive and reactive reputation management across the firm.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of corporate communications, media relations, PR, marketing, or related fields with senior stakeholders experience.
• Strategic leader who shapes cohesive communications strategies in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Senior-level media relations and external communications experience with established media relationships.
• Strong executive communications skills for sensitive topics and challenging audiences, including briefs and remarks.
• Exceptional writing and editing to distill complex topics into clear messages for varied audiences.
• People leader who builds disciplined processes and delivers executive-ready work with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated internal and external communications advancing DOI priorities and aligning with JPMorganChase values.
• Oversee DOI external communications and media relations, including spokesperson preparation and press materials.
• Provide senior counsel to DOI clients and stakeholders, aligning strategies, mitigating risk, and protecting the brand.
