Job summary

University Health seeks an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to lead the administration and clinical direction of all dialysis programs within our health system. You will partner with Medical Directors to grow services while ensuring patient-centered care and regulatory adherence.

You will oversee patient care across multiple sites, mentor staff, manage budgets, and develop policies that support safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years as clinical nurse supervisor or director in dialysis services.
• Current Texas RN license; BLS required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care across dialysis sites to ensure high-quality care in regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor clinical and support staff; lead recruitment and staff development.
• Manage operational and capital budgets to support growth and efficiency.
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Represent dialysis services in community and professional forums.
