Job summary

University Health is seeking an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to lead administrative and clinical strategy for all dialysis programs within the health system, including renal clinics, inpatient and outpatient dialysis, home dialysis modalities, and jail dialysis services.

You will work with Medical Directors to plan, grow, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving high-quality care across multiple sites. A nursing background with leadership experience in dialysis is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (required).
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years as a clinical nurse supervisor or director in dialysis services.
• Texas RN license; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services across dialysis sites to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Lead HR for clinical and support staff, including recruitment and staff development.
• Manage operating and capital budgets; ensure efficient use of resources.
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies to ensure compliance.
• Represent dialysis services in community and professional forums.
