Job summary

University Health is seeking an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to lead the administration and clinical direction of all dialysis programs within our health system. The role encompasses renal clinics, inpatient dialysis, outpatient hemodialysis, home modalities, and jail dialysis services, working with Medical Directors to drive growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required; Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as clinical nurse supervisor or director in dialysis services; multi-system leadership preferred.
• Current Texas RN license; BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical dialysis services across multiple sites to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Supervise and mentor clinical and support staff; lead recruitment and staff development.
• Manage operating and capital budgets to optimize resources and meet goals.
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies for regulatory compliance.
• Represent dialysis services in community and professional forums.
