Job summary

University Health is seeking an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to oversee administration and clinical direction of all dialysis programs within the health system. You will work with Medical Directors to grow and improve efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance and patient-centered care across renal clinics, inpatient, outpatient, home dialysis, and jail dialysis services.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic budgeting, policy development, and community relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years as a clinical nurse supervisor or director in dialysis services.
• Leadership experience in managing multi-system dialysis operations is highly preferred.
• Current RN license in Texas; BLS Healthcare Provider or Instructor card required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical dialysis services across multiple sites to ensure high-quality care in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Supervise and mentor a team of clinical and support staff; lead staff development and recruitment efforts.
• Manage operating and capital budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Act as liaison with the community and represent dialysis services in professional and public forums.
