Job summary

University Health is seeking an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to lead the administration and clinical direction of all dialysis programs. You will oversee the renal clinic, inpatient and outpatient dialysis services, home modalities, and jail dialysis operations.

You will collaborate with Medical Directors to grow services, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver patient-centered care across multiple sites with a strong emphasis on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• RN license in Texas (required).
• Licensure or eligibility to practice in Texas.
• Experience supervising dialysis services and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care across multiple dialysis sites to ensure high-quality, compliant services.
• Lead human resources activities, mentoring staff and fostering a positive work environment.
• Manage operating and capital budgets to meet organizational goals.
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies for regulatory compliance.
• Represent dialysis services in community and professional forums.
