Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or quantitative field, or 4 years of education/experience.
• 10 years data and analytics related experience driving results in a complex financial services organization.
• 4 years of people leadership experience in building, managing and/or developing high-performing teams.
• Executive-level business acumen in measuring business outcomes, operations, industry practices and emerging trends.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the data & analytics strategy and roadmap across the organization.
• Lead the design and governance of information platforms and analytics solutions for key stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end information management, analytics and delivery processes.
• Provide thought leadership and develop talent across the USAA Data & Analytics Community.
• Stay current on industry best practices and advances in data & analytics relevant to the function.
• Lead teams in developing new techniques and best practices for reporting and analytics.
• Ensure adherence to Information Governance policies and standards within the function.
