Responsible for the financial management of strategic planning, mergers/acquisitions, and other business development activities. Leads the financial integration activities for new entities and monitors performance. Provides financial oversight of PHC joint venture relationships. Ensures the coordination of associated activities across PHC and affiliated entities. Provides best practice industry research, market assessments, and market intelligence reporting. Engages executive teams and other leaders to support planning and business development efforts as needed.

Qualifications
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Masters degree from a recognized college or university in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance or closely related field.
Minimum Experience Required
Ten (10) years of professional work experience in strategic planning, business development, healthcare management, healthcare finance or a closely related field.
Minimum Licensure/Certification Required By Law
None
Additional Qualifications
Possesses a strong understanding of the healthcare industry. Experience in mergers and acquisitions and other business development activities. Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills. Possesses strong problem solving, project management, teamwork, and organizational skills.
