Job summary

Bristol-Myers Squibb seeks an Executive Director for Oncology Drug Development & Commercialization Communications to lead global strategy, execution, and measurement across the oncology portfolio. The role partners with commercial, medical, regulatory, and development teams to advance brand narratives and risk management.

Based in Princeton, NJ with time in Lawrenceville, NJ, the leader will drive internal and external communications, develop thought leadership, and oversee a matrix team

Qualifications

• 15+ years of brand or corporate communications in pharma.
• Experience advising senior leaders on comms strategy and risk.
• Proven ability to lead global communications across development and commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Lead global oncology communications strategy across Drug Development and Oncology Commercialization.
• Develop above-brand campaigns and messaging for patient needs and pipeline assets.
• Provide executive visibility through thought leadership, media, speaking, and digital programs.
• Partner with commercial, medical, regulatory, and development teams to align narratives.
