Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a seasoned community operations leader to oversee day-to-day operations of the facility in Oregon. You will ensure compliance with laws, manage Resident Services, Employee Partners, and sales/marketing efforts to meet occupancy targets.

You will supervise staff, coordinate budgets and safety programs, respond to resident and family needs, and promote the company’s mission while maintaining high customer satisfaction and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required.
• Ability to communicate and work with all levels of staff effectively.
• Ability to recognize and communicate problems appropriately.
• Ability to relate to the public, Residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and provide information as requested.
• Ability to communicate in English, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work flexible hours and be on call.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; 30 pounds regularly.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance current.
• CPR certified.
• Ability to teach/train others effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Resident Services and ensure compliance with policies.
• Supervise Employee Partners and manage wages/benefits.
• Develop and implement sales/marketing plans to meet occupancy targets.
• Coordinate community, units, and grounds with Maintenance.
• Manage finances, budgets, and accounts receivable processes.
• Administrate, coordinate, and direct activities per policies.
• Ensure safety and security of residents, staff, and visitors.
• Maintain professional demeanor with all stakeholders.
• Respond to emergencies and arrange appropriate coverage as needed.
