Job summary

PRG in Minneapolis seeks an Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight, advancing affordable housing, homebuyer education, foreclosure prevention, and community development.

The Executive Director will manage daily operations, lead fundraising, build relationships with stakeholders, and work with the Board to set goals and policies, while championing equity and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to achieve PRG's mission.
• Advocate for policy changes and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Ensure fund diversification, specifically targeting increased philanthropic and earned revenue.
• Engage and collaborate with community partners, donors, and policymakers.
• Ensure the continued delivery of high-impact programs and services.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization and its initiatives.
• Supervise the leadership team and coordinate with the Board of Directors.
• Represent PRG to external stakeholders.
• Proven experience in managing, supervising, and cultivating staff.
