Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field (Physician Assistant Studies/practice, Nurse Practitioner, RN-MHCA, healthcare administration)
• Active clinical licensure
• 8–12+ years healthcare experience
• Experience in leadership/management roles

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for EAP service delivery aligned with organizational goals, mission, and values.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across all service lines.
• Directly lead, coach Managers and promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and engagement.
• Ensure clinical excellence and adherence to regulatory requirements (HIPAA, state licensing, accreditation).
• Define KPIs and monitor performance; analyze data to identify trends and improvements.
• Foster strong client relationships and engage stakeholders; support business development.
• Promote integration across behavioral health, patient advocacy, care coordination, and wellness services.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of best practices and new tools.
