Job summary

Partners Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a Treatment Director to lead clinical programs across the region. This role collaborates with the Executive Team to establish standardized processes, train staff, and ensure compliance with 245G and HIPAA while supervising the clinical team and program managers.

The director will drive program curriculum, documentation quality, and partnerships with corrections, human services, probation, and parole. Minneapolis-based with travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3 years of admin supervision in human services.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in behavioral health administration.
• Minnesota LADC license required.
• Strong knowledge of 245G, HIPAA, and compliance standards.
• Experience leading clinical and program-management teams.
• Ability to travel within Minnesota as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage Program Managers and oversee the clinical team.
• Ensure 245G Clinical Compliance and policy.
• Develop standardized processes and monitor effectiveness.
• Coordinate with corrections, human services, probation and parole.
• Maintain client records and documentation per policy.
• Lead staff training and supervision.
