Allegheny Center Alliance Church in Pittsburgh, PA seeks an Executive Director for the Christian Counselors Collaborative (CCC) to provide strategic leadership and oversight of therapists and staff, while fostering strong partnerships with pastors, partnering churches, and the CCC Board. The Director reports to the CCC Board.

The Director guides mission-aligned operations, plans budgets, oversees compliance and fundraising, and leads meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in counseling, ministry, or nonprofit management.
• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field.
• Has a servant's heart and a high standard of excellence.
• Strong organizational, financial, and administrative skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with pastors, therapists, staff, and community partners.
• Commitment to ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate faith with professional counseling practices.
• Active personal walk with Jesus Christ with a faith-based counseling perspective.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the CCC with compassion and love for Jesus and people.
• Ensure alignment with the CCC mission and vision.
• Oversee operations, finances, and staff for organizational health.
• Guide therapists and admin teams in providing professional, affordable Christian counseling.
• Provide direction to CCC psychoeducational groups and consult with ACAC Adult Ministries.
• Maintain organizational documentation and ensure compliance.
• Plan and facilitate CCC Board meetings and recruit board members.
• Expand partnerships with new churches and therapists.
• Oversee budgets, financial statements, and scholarship funds.
• Lead fundraising, donor relations, and administrative meetings.
• Provide weekly prayer support and supervise annual therapist reviews.
