Christian Counseling Associates (CCA) seeks compassionate outpatient counselors to join our Penn Hills office, offering part-time or full-time roles.

This faith-based group practice provides professional growth, supervision, and a supportive environment while serving clients with integrated faith and evidence-based counseling.

Qualifications

• PA licensure as LPC, LMFT, LCSW or Psychologist preferred.
• Provisional LAPC/LSW positions available with supervision leading to full licensure within two years (includes $10,000 annual supervision benefit).
• Internship opportunities for students in accredited Master's programs in Counseling or Social Work.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent, Christian-based outpatient counseling aligned with CCA's mission and values.
• Maintain ethical standards and accurate clinical documentation.

Position Overview

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Licensure in Pennsylvania as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist (highly preferred)
