Job summary

Lancaster Bible College is seeking a Director for the C3 Counseling team at the Lancaster Campus. The Director carries a caseload of approximately 15-20 clients per week and oversees all C3 clinicians who provide counseling for students.

This 10-month position includes weekly 1:1 supervision, managing clinical emergencies, and coordinating staff. A master’s degree in mental health and LPC licensure are required, with a PhD preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution in mental health or a related field, PhD preferred.
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• Experience of at least three years working in counseling, student affairs, or a closely related field.
• Preferred history of successfully managing an outpatient counseling practice.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and mentors C3 clinicians and interns; conducts weekly 1:1 supervision.
• Oversees all counseling services for Lancaster Bible College students and handles clinical emergencies.
• Recruits, interviews, hires, trains staff, and manages office workflows.
• Ensures counseling availability and accessibility during academic year and summer term.
• Maintains confidential records and coordinates with Health & Wellness and Residence Life.
