JPMorgan Chase is seeking an experienced Business Manager (Chief of Staff) for the Home Lending Chief Administrative Office. This leader will establish the business management function, translate strategy into priorities, and partner with the CAO to drive operational excellence and a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in management consulting, strategy or operational leadership in financial services
• Exceptional problem solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated experience leading business management, chief of staff, or operational leadership functions in a large financial services organization
• Strong executive communication and influencing skills with the ability to present complex strategies clearly
• Deep knowledge of business process, financial management, and operational risk and controls
• Ability to develop well-structured business cases including financial impact
• Experience managing budgets, headcount, and resource planning across multi-disciplinary teams
• Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the business management function for Home Lending’s CAO organization, including strategic planning and governance
• Translate organization strategy into actionable priorities and programs
• Serve as the CAO’s trusted advisor with data-driven recommendations
• Direct cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance performance
• Develop presentations and messaging to tell the story of work and outcomes
• Communicate performance, risks, and updates to senior management through multiple channels
• Monitor business health including capacity planning and resource allocation
• Escalate risk and control issues, maintaining policies and procedures
• Foster a culture of excellence, urgency, integrity and continuous improvement
• Mobilize resources to solve issues and pursue cross-functional opportunities
• Partner across Home Lending to build high performance culture
