Job summary

North Carolina A&T State University seeks a Senior Director for Campus Enterprises to oversee dining services, retail operations, and catering platforms. This role will lead the campus dining program, retail and catering strategies, and drive revenue growth with new revenue-generating initiatives.

The Senior Director will set performance measures, manage the Director of Retail and Director of Real Property, and foster a culture focused on customer service excellence while guiding budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience in the area of assignment, with supervisory or lead-worker capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in management/related field and five years of management/administrative experience including planning and budgeting.
• All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee campus dining program, retail operations, and catering platforms and drive revenue growth.
• Develop new revenue-generating entities and support business development in food services and retail operations.
• Establish clear performance measures and a culture of customer service excellence.
