Qualifications

• Senior-level management experience including budgeting and P&L.
• Experience leading federal advocacy on Capitol Hill.
• Governance, policy development, and board leadership experience.
• Change management and staff development in a matrix environment.
• Industry knowledge in housing/building materials is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advise Boards in defining long-term strategy and goals with execution plans.
• Oversee programs to grow membership, value, and non-dues revenue.
• Direct financial planning and reporting, including budgets and KPIs.
• Ensure governance and compliance; mentor Directors and volunteers.
• Lead operations, resource allocation, and cross-functional team leadership.
• Manage relationships with boards, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Oversee brand messaging and external communications.
