Job summary

Universal Health Services is seeking an Executive Director for the Branches Portland and Salem. You will provide leadership and strategic planning for the services programs offered at the facility, ensuring programs meet community needs and performance goals.

Responsibilities include overseeing administrative processes and management systems for all services, promoting a therapeutic environment, and developing and implementing treatment programs.

Qualifications

• Education: Masters Degree in social work, counseling, or related mental health field preferred.
• Experience: 5 years of expereince in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of 3 years experience in advanced clinical/management practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic planning of the services programs offered at the facility, ensuring programs meet community needs and performance goals and objectives.
• Oversee overall administrative processes and management systems for all services offered at the facility, promote and maintain a therapeutic environment, and develop and implement treatment programs.
