Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Administration, Counseling, Nursing,Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in behavioral health, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Licensure in LPC, LCSW, or LMSW and Colorado DORA registration required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations of all outpatient programs with FTE management and cost controls.
• Lead internal and external business development to grow program volume.
• Monitor performance indicators and develop plans to address variances.
• Maintain high quality clinical care across PHP and IOP and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage relationships with therapists, physicians, nurses, and referral sources.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and all applicable regulations.
