Cedar Hills Hospital is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Portland and Salem branches, overseeing strategic planning, operations, and program development for behavioral health services. You will ensure therapeutic environments, drive performance goals, and promote high-quality care across programs.

The role requires a master's degree in a mental health field and at least 5 years in psychiatric/mental health with 3 years in advanced clinical/management roles.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5 years of expereince in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of 3 years experience in advanced clinical/management practice.

• Lead and oversee administrative processes and management systems for all services at the facility.

• Provide leadership and strategic planning for branches Portland and Salem, ensuring services meet community needs and facility performance goals.

Branches Portland and Salem is welcoming our next Executive Director.

The Executive Director of Branches Portland and Salem provides the leadership and strategic planning of the services programs offered at thefacility;ensuring programs meet the needs of the community and the facility’s performance goals andobjectives.Responsibilities include the overall administrative processes and managementsystems forall services offered at the facility, promotion and maintenance of a therapeutic environment, and development and implementationof treatmentprograms.

Cedar Hills Hospital is a 98-bed behavioral health hospital and Branches outpatient services program serves adults facing an acute behavioral health crisis related to issues of mental health, substance abuse and substance use disorder, as well as co-occurring disorders related to these circumstances. Our programs aim to provide lasting mental health rehabilitation through programs that re-establish a high quality of life.

Qualifications

• Education: Masters Degree in social work, counseling, or related mental health field preferred.
• Experience: 5 years of expereince in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of 3 years experience in advanced clinical/management practice.
