Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in psychiatric/mental health, with at least 3 years in advanced clinical/management practice.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic planning for services programs at the facility.
• Oversee administrative processes and management systems for all services.
• Promote a therapeutic environment and develop/implement treatment programs.
• Lead Cedar Hills Hospital and Branches Portland/Salem operations to meet performance goals.
