Job summary

Universal Health Services is seeking an Executive Director for the Branches Portland and Salem. You will provide leadership and strategic planning for the services programs offered at the facility, ensuring programs meet community needs and performance goals.

Responsibilities include overseeing administrative processes and management systems for all services, promoting a therapeutic environment, and developing and implementing treatment programs.

Qualifications

• Education: Masters Degree in social work, counseling, or related mental health field preferred.
• Experience: 5 years of expereince in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of 3 years experience in advanced clinical/management practice.

Branches Portland and Salem is welcoming our next Executive Director.

The Executive Director of Branches Portland and Salem provides the leadership and strategic planning of the services programs offered at thefacility;ensuring programs meet the needs of the community and the facility’s performance goals and objectives. Responsibilities include the overall administrative processes and management systems forall services offered at the facility, promotion and maintenance of a therapeutic environment, and development and implementationof treatmentprograms.

Cedar Hills Hospital is a 98-bed behavioral health hospital and Branches outpatient services program serves adults facing an acute behavioral health crisis related to issues of mental health, substance abuse and substance use disorder, as well as co-occurring disorders related to these circumstances. Our programs aim to provide lasting mental health rehabilitation through programs that re-establish a high quality of life.

Qualifications

• Education: Masters Degree in social work, counseling, or related mental health field preferred.
