Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible leadership in nonprofit or public-sector human services or behavioral health.
• Executive-level experience leading complex programs, operations, compliance, HR, finance, and senior leadership teams.
• Experience with Los Angeles County's mental health system and government contracts is a major asset.

Responsabilités

• Develop and carry out BRIDGES' long-range strategic plan, aligning programs with BHSA/CalAIM and ensuring sustainability.
• Oversee financial health, budgets, and funding opportunities to grow revenue streams.
• Lead clinical and service operations with emphasis on evidence-based, trauma-informed care.
• Work with the Board of Directors on governance, reporting, and board development.
