• Five years of progressively responsible administrative/management experience in a large behavioral health, public health, or human services organization.
• Experience interpreting/enforcing relevant laws, rules and regulations; program planning and development; personnel administration; and budget/fiscal administration for multi-million dollar budgets/contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive management oversight for Behavioral Health Services (BHS); serve on the HCA executive team.
• Oversee all county mental health and substance use disorder services for youth and adults.
• Establish and maintain standards for quality medical care and medical oversight of programs and services.
