Title: Clinical Therapist, Per Diem

FLSA Status: Non - Exempt
PRN Expectations: PRN Therapists are expected to work a minimum of 8 hours per month, maximum of 10 hours per week. Primary responsibilities will include providing coverage for group therapy; however, there may be occasions when individual (1:1) session support is needed based on client needs and clinical presentation.
Accepting applications from Associate and Independently Licensed Therapists. Independent licensure in the state of Massachusetts is highly preferred (LICSW or LMHC). Please note that we are unable to provide clinical supervision for Associate Licensed Therapists in this per diem position.
The Therapist willbe responsible forproviding high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions.
