Pinnacle Treatment Centers in Hamilton, NJ is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee all clinical teams and programs onsite. You will provide clinical guidance, direction, training, assessment, and feedback to staff to maintain high performance and policy adherence.

Qualifications include a Master's degree, NJ LCADC license, CCS, and 2+ years of supervisory experience in substance use/behavioral health, with up to 10% travel. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher required.
• Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) required.
• Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) required.
• Two years of supervisory experience in substance use/behavioral health.
• Three years of supervision/management of clinical services and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical program compliance with CARF, DMHAS, and applicable standards including confidentiality.
• Monitor daily flow of all clinical programs and adjust staffing as needed.
• Monitor patient participation and outcomes across programs.
• Oversee quality assurance of clinical records and documentation.
• Provide supervision, training, evaluation, and feedback to clinical staff; conduct meetings and reviews.
