Spring Oak Tri-Cities in Petersburg, VA, is hiring an Executive Director / Assisted Living Administrator for our memory care and assisted living community. You will lead daily operations, drive occupancy and revenue, and ensure high resident care while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have a Virginia ALFA/NHA license and proven leadership in senior living, with a hands-on, community-focused approach and experience building strong teams.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a Virginia Assisted Living Facility Administrator license (ALFA) or Virginia Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license.
• Licensed Assisted Living Administrator (LALA) candidates must hold the applicable Virginia license.
• Proven experience as an Executive Director or senior living operations leader.
