Job summary
Horizon House in Seattle is seeking an Assisted Living Administrator to shape the next chapter of care excellence. This executive role oversees the full Assisted Living operations, including budget, staffing, regulatory compliance, and resident experience.
The successful candidate will bring 3+ years leading senior living operations, a Bachelor's in Healthcare Admin, and a track record of building strong teams, improving census, and sustaining a resident-centered culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of progressive leadership experience, supervising managers/leaders.
- 2+ years in Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing with regulatory knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Lead full operations of the Assisted Living unit, including budget and staffing.
- Drive census growth, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and resident satisfaction.
- Develop leaders, coach teams, and preserve a resident-centered culture.
