Executive Director, ASO Sales
A Brief Overview
The Executive Director, ASO Sales provides leadership and support to a team of first line Sales Directors and their Sales Consultants and is accountable for the success of an assigned territory and company size, selling PEO, SaaS and Administrative Services Outsourcing (ASO). Truly a leader of leaders, Executive Directors guide and develop successful Sales Directors that focus on leading high-performing Sales Consultants who generate new business across several industries and ultimately increase our market share in a highly consultative value selling environment for a suite of HR products and services. Work Environment
The salary range for this role is $122,200.00 to $322,700.00. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.
Candidates hired into roles in the sales organization are also eligible for commissions consistent with TriNet’s commission plan.
