Job summary

Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) seeks an Executive Director to lead the ASC and report to the Board Chairperson. The position is fully remote and nationwide, overseeing monitoring of state programs, licensing, certification, AMC registration, supervision, discipline, and complaint resolution.

The Executive Director will manage staff, coordinate with the Chairperson and Board, and drive policy analysis, rulemaking, and program evaluation in alignment with Title XI.

Responsibilities

• Manages ASC's fulfilment of its responsibilities regarding monitoring state programs (licensing, certification, AMC registration, supervision, discipline, complaint resolution) and completes compliance reviews of each state's programs.
• Manages financial, contracting, correspondence, and other operational services including human resources and information technology, as delegated by the Chairperson and ASC Board.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with the Chairperson and ASC Board members.
• Plans, organises and directs daily ASC staff activities in accordance with Title XI and the direction of the Chairperson and Board.
• Directs policy analysis, rulemaking, and program evaluation and presents information at public Board meetings, FFIEC meetings, and interagency meetings.
