Job summary

SCADshow is seeking an Executive Director to lead calendar curation, program planning, and partnership development across arts, culture, and education. You will cultivate relationships with industry leaders, sponsors, donors, alumni, and community partners while overseeing daily theater operations and events.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, cross-department collaboration, and enhancing SCADshow's visibility in regional arts and entertainment sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in art, theater management, arts administration, business, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated history of crafting multifaceted event schedules for a discerning audience.
• Knowledge of Atlanta's performing arts landscape and entertainment industries.

Responsibilities

• Curate a calendar of screenings, performances, lectures, festivals, and cultural experiences.
• Plan programs months in advance to align with SCAD's mission and goals.
• Identify collaboration opportunities with internal departments and partners.
• Cultivate relationships with leaders, studios, networks, and artists.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless performances, rentals, and events.
