• Background in nonprofit management, business administration, public policy, or a related field
• Appreciation for the arts (multidisciplinary)
• Understanding of fundraising, grants, and revenue development
• Ability to delegate responsibilities across staff
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Public speaking, networking, and public relations skills
• Passion for the community served through the organization’s programs and mission

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic planning and vision in the Texarkana community, while managing staff at two facilities
• Promote the organization to members and patrons
• Research, develop, and lead robust fundraising efforts
• Oversee budgets, vendors, equipment, software, and databases
• Direct operation and development of TRAHC's two spaces and programs
• Collaborate with staff including administration, marketing, education, events, and visual arts
• Plan, network, and fundraise for future success
• Identify growth opportunities across spaces and departments
