Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success managing a nonprofit organization or arts entity.
• Experience collaborating with boards, donors, and executive staff.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives and financial plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategy and long-term financial sustainability.
