Chase is seeking an Applied AI/ML Executive Director within the AI for Operations organization to design, build, and scale cutting-edge NLP solutions that improve experiences for customers and internal agents.

You will work hands-on across the full model lifecycle, partnering with product, engineering, operations, and risk to translate real needs into production-grade language capabilities such as search, summarization, classification, and next-best-action recommendations.

Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science or Data Science with 10+ years of NLP/AI experience.
• Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent with 15+ years experience in NLP/AI allowed.
• Outstanding written and oral communication to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Apply deep NLP knowledge to solve complex business problems.
• Contribute to the full product development lifecycle and define deliverables.
• Act as an advanced contributor in algorithms, NLP, and ML.
