CVS Health is seeking an Executive Director of Analytics Product Management to lead and scale our analytics product portfolio. This leader will operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and stakeholder leadership, partnering closely with senior executives to identify and capture high-value opportunities through data and analytics products.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned product and analytics leader with experience at the VP and C-suite level, a track record of building product

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in product management, consulting, analytics, or related fields.
• Proven experience operating in complex, matrixed organizations with VP and executive levels.
• Demonstrated success leading and scaling product management teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted thought partner to VP- and C-suite stakeholders and shape priorities.
• Translate business objectives into an analytics product vision and roadmap with measurable value.
• Own end-to-end analytics product strategy for the Connected PBM Ecosystem portfolio.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and analytics leaders.
• Establish scalable product operating models and cross-functional collaboration.
