Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems seeks a Senior Director of Analytics & Data Science to lead a newly formed central team embedded with the company’s business units. You will define the operating model, hire and develop the team, and ensure consistent metrics across Crusoe.

In collaboration with the Data team, you will build data models, certified marts, and executive reporting, while advancing forecasting, experimentation, and self‑service analytics to empower faster, better decisions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in analytics or data science leadership with proven team-building.
• Strong data modeling, governance, and metrics experience.
• Hands-on with SQL and Python, plus modern data stack familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Stand up and lead the central analytics and data science team embedded with business units.
• Define operating model, staffing, and standards for analytical rigor.
• Own certified data marts, metric definitions, and governance reviews.
• Develop forecasting, experimentation, and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Partner with Data team to land data foundation and trusted source systems.
