Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business, or related field is required.
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field is preferred.
- Minimum five years in a multi-specialty group practice, clinic setting, or healthcare operations.
- Four years of managerial experience is highly preferred.
- Expertise in ambulatory clinic financial performance and revenue cycle is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Track, report, analyze, advise and support financial performance of the physician network.
- Collaborate with medical, administrative and financial leaders to drive efficiency.
- Develop and monitor operating and capital budgets for ambulatory services.
- Play a key role in provider compensation plans and revenue cycle strategies.
- Prepare financial variance reporting and actionable recommendations.
