Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a senior leader to oversee all facilities operations across Tufts Medical Center, directing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and capital planning while partnering with hospital leadership.

You will build and mentor a high-performing facilities team, drive safety and regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and coordinate long-term infrastructure projects to ensure patient care continuity and campus resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of management experience in facilities operations.
• 5–7 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale facilities operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and utilities.
• Build and lead high-performing teams and mentor staff.
• Oversee construction projects, capital improvements, and long-term infrastructure planning.
• Partner with hospital leadership and stakeholders to drive efficiency and safety.
