The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership and operational management of the treatment center. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the facility operates efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care. The Executive Director will collaborate closely with the facility leadership team to drive key performance indicators and financial measures, focusing on optimizing facility performance through improved systems and processes. A significant aspect of this position involves overseeing daily financial responsibilities and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The Executive Director will also play a crucial role in staffing the facility with qualified department leaders, including the Clinical Director, Nursing Director, and others, to ensure delivery of best-in-class substance use disorder (SUD) treatment. In addition to operational management, the Facility Executive Director is tasked with fostering a culture of accountability and high performance among the leadership team. This includes direct supervision, mentorship, and the implementation of training programs to enhance staff competencies. The Executive Director will also be responsible for preparing the annual budget and strategic business plan, ensuring that the facility meets its financial and operational goals. This role requires a commitment to maintaining high patient satisfaction scores and compliance with state and federal requirements, as well as leading efforts to improve the quality of care and patient safety. The Executive Director will engage in public relations efforts and participate in professional organizations to promote the facility's services and growth. This position demands flexibility, as the Executive Director may need to provide leadership at other locations and be available beyond normal business hours.
