Excentia seeks a Clinical Director for IBHS-ABA to provide executive clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services across the IBHS program. The role entails day-to-day management, staff supervision, training, and adherence to BACB guidelines and regulatory requirements.

The position requires PA licensure in a relevant field, BCBA/ABA certification (or psychologist license with substantial ABA oversight experience), along with FBI clearance and Act 33 compliance.

Competenze

• Licensed in PA with BCBA or ABA certification and at least 2 years of ABA service experience.
• Alternatively, PA psychologist with 5+ years overseeing ABA programs and 40 hours of ABA training.
• Must satisfy Commonwealth Act 33 compliance and FBI clearance.

Mansioni

• Provide clinical oversight of the IBHS program and supervise the ABA staff.
• Manage day-to-day IBHS operations and supervise hours of service.
• Complete quarterly clinical record reviews for quality of IBHS.
• Offer evenings/weekends consults as needed and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide staff training on interventions and treatments.
• Participate in program development meetings and policy updates.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to optimize care.
• Develop and implement parent training and support programs.
• Adhere to BACB guidelines and maintain confidential records per HIPAA.
