Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director in California to lead all aspects of community operations, drive occupancy and revenue, manage the P&L, and build a high-performing team dedicated to resident well-being and service excellence.

You will partner with Sales, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster strong relationships with residents and families, while shaping a positive, growth-oriented community experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager.
• Proven success driving occupancy, revenue and operational performance.
• Strong P&L, budgeting and business management skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance.
• Sales and customer relationship experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
• Passion for serving seniors and leading high-performing teams.

Pay Range:

121,576.00 - 173,992.00
