Elev8Talent Group is seeking a Lifeplan Executive Director for a premier western Tennessee senior living community. This leadership role demands operational excellence, a luxury mindset, and hands-on visibility in the market.

I am searching for a Lifeplan Executive Director who brings both operational excellence and a luxury mindset. This is not a maintenance role, this is a build, elevate, and lead opportunity. This position is located in western Tennessee and would pay to relocate the right individual. Senior living or resort/hotel management is recquired!
