🏥 Executive Director of Health & Human Services
💰 Compensation: $350,000 – $500,000 annually
AppleOne & All’s Well Healthcare are partnering with a highly respected and well-established healthcare organization to identify an experienced Executive Director of Health & Human Services.
Position Overview
This is a senior, business-focused and service-driven executive leadership role responsible for overseeing comprehensive health, clinical, and social service operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership across all Health & Human Services divisions
- Oversee program development, implementation, and performance evaluation
- Drive collaboration among department leaders to align with organizational objectives
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements (local, state, and federal)
- Lead strategic planning, forecasting, and operational performance initiatives
- Oversee budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, community-based care
- Lead and develop large, multi-disciplinary teams (50+ staff)
- Manage contracts, partnerships, and service delivery models
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate Degree in one of the following or related fields:
- Family Therapy
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience within:
- Government, public-sector, or similar environments
- Health, clinical, or human services organizations
- Proven experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams (50+ employees)
- Strong background in program development, healthcare delivery, or treatment coordination
Preferred Qualifications
- Board-Certified Medical Professional licensed in Florida (or ability to obtain licensure)
- Experience working in culturally diverse or community-focused environments
